Responsible AI

Artificial intelligence is rapidly changing how public services are designed, delivered and improved. From drafting documents and analysing information to supporting decision-making and improving customer services, AI is becoming part of everyday work across government.

But using AI effectively isn’t just about understanding the technology. Public sector organisations also need to ensure AI is used safely, ethically and in ways that protect privacy, maintain accountability and build public trust.

This practical, interactive course will help you understand where AI can add value, recognise its limitations, assess risks and apply practical governance principles that enable your organisation to use AI with confidence.

We’ll work with you before the course to ensure that we understand your organisation and what you’re hoping to achieve.
