We do a limited amount of consultancy – working with a small number of clients so that we can give projects our full attention and all of our ideas.

We have an extensive network of experts that we can bring in to deliver bespoke, expert insight for any project.

We can particularly help with:

  • Launch strategy for new products, services or other initiatives.

  • Developing training programmes for your teams.

  • Strategic advice on technology, tools and processes for your organisation.

Fire Plus Algebra founder Alan Rutter has extensive experience of working on innovative projects with clients including…

  • Overseeing the UK launches of the iPad editions for leading publisher Condé Nast. The magazines included WIRED, GQ, Vanity Fair and Vogue, and were among the first to launch on the device in the UK.

  • Product owner on the Digital Asset Management system for Condé Nast International. The DAM is a bespoke, cloud-hosted solution to store and share images across 11 global markets.

  • Content consultancy for the Camping and Caravanning Club of Great Britain as they reviewed their digital and mobile content strategy. The Club has a loyal membership of over half a million people.

  • As part of Clever Boxer, developing a training conference for international teams at VEON (one of the world's biggest telcos) as they moved into content creation for their platform.

  • As part of Clever Boxer, developing a new events strand for Frieze, who run the hugely successful art fairs and magazine. Frieze Academy features premium learning events for the art world, running throughout the year.

  • Working on the original dummy design for the free version of Time Out magazine, before it made the transition from paid-for to free for the first time since its launch in 1968.
